As leader of our human resources team, Debbi Hertle champions MST’s culture and the pursuit of its purpose, values and long-term goals. Her focus is to cultivate innovation, core values, knowledge sharing, diversity in background and outlook, and to provide opportunity for borderless careers. Debbi partners with employees and senior leaders to translate business plans into a people strategy tuned to accelerate business results. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, attracting and developing talent while creating solutions.
Debbi has 15 plus years of international and US based human capital experience with both private and public companies primarily in the technology industry. Throughout her career, Debbi has focused on growth strategies enabling businesses to scale to new heights of profitability and operation.
Debbi has a Masters in Organizational Development & Bachelor of Science in Information Systems.
