Adam Wong brings over 15 years’ leadership and business management experience to Rockstar Workforce, including expertise in building high-performance teams, leadership development, sales, operations and administration. Most recently, he held key leadership roles at TTI Success Insights, a global leader in talent management. As Senior Vice President of Professional Services, he worked with mid- to enterprise-size businesses, leading efforts to implement new hiring and people-development initiatives.
In July of 2018 he launched his own consulting and leadership development company, Rockstar Workforce. 
Adam is a professionally certified emotional intelligence analyst and a professional behavioral analyst. He has personally trained over 1,000 business professionals in the areas of emotional intelligence, self-awareness and the DISC behavioral assessment.
Adam holds an M.B.A. from Grand Canyon University and a B.A. from Northern Arizona University.
