Each of our customers is supported by a four person team. Each member of the Forte team brings their own strengths to your project.
Co-owners John Cochran and John Perkins have been partners and custom home builders since the beginning. One of the owners will be your project manager. Both have engineering backgrounds and together they have project managed over 500 homes.
Our project coordinators have a combined 45 years of experience in project management and customer relations. They support the project managers and site superintendents throughout the entire design and construction phases of the project.
Our site superintendents all have an extensive background in the construction industry and have all been licensed general contractors in the field. Their sole focus and dedication is ensuring that our subcontractors build your home to the highest quality.
Our accountant ensures that all the financial aspects of the project, including coordination with the construction lender, run smoothly.
Our entire team is committed to your home and to keeping the project running smoothly from conception to final walk-through.
We don’t stop there – we are also proud to refer you to the best of the best in your extra services – we consistently review and assure the quality of pool design firms, landscaping companies and interior designers. If we recommend them to you, you know that we trust the quality of their work.

can count on us to be there in the future.
We believe that even for your Dream Home, you need to be able to plan and budget. We do not use the “cost plus” model that many other custom home builders use. Instead we offer Fixed Price Contracts – your final price is not dependent on the rising costs of labor and materials. Should you require a change to the original plan, this may incur an additional cost, but otherwise the price we quote is the price you pay. You can take that to the bank.

The Design Center at Forte Homes is unique among custom home builders in the Phoenix area. We boast a large showroom stocked with a wide range of materials for all parts of the build. No running from warehouse to store, we can discuss all your materials in the comfort of our beautiful showroom.
Should you or your interior designer wish to shop around or source materials elsewhere, we will also be happy to work with your outside vendor.
