Michael D. Hayes is Director of Business Development with AtWork Group Phoenix. He is a native of Arizona, and is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. Michael’s professional career began with 14 years in the securities business, advising banks, mutual funds and individuals on all types of investments. He purchased Momentum in 2003 when the company’s primary business line was recruiting for logistics companies. Michael has transformed the company into a successful full-service staffing provider. Momentum recently merged with AtWork Staffing Group which has over 51 branches nationwide. Michael is a member of the Executives’ Association of Greater Phoenix (EAGP), 100 Club of Arizona, and Board of Directors for St Joseph the Worker Charity.

She has received both the prestigious “Diversity Leader of the Year” and the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce’s “Sterling Award.” She was also awarded a Silver Stevie Award for Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 and was a finalist for the Junior League of Phoenix’s Valley Impact Award. Jodi is a devoted single parent who volunteers her time at her daughters’ school programs and with organizations such as Angel Mamas, where she’s served on the board for three years.
