Steve Miksta graduated with a finance degree from the University of Illinois. He began his career in the mortgage industry where he spent 7 years perfecting internal processes to make the client experience that much easier.
Holding several senior positions, he catapulted himself to the top 1% of mortgage originators in the U.S. After realizing his ability to combine technology with his gift of problem-solving, Steve started Oppty to be able to help more and more business grow by leveraging technology and specifically Salesforce.
Since he started the business two years ago, his client base has grown swiftly, become more diversified, and allowed for Oppty to offer even more additional executive services to its portfolio. Steve’s mission to help others is at the core of his personal values, and also the values of the company culture he is creating.
Matt Ford, Chief Growth Officer with Oppty, is a purpose-fueled executive with servant leadership style and extensive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, marketing/sales, P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, channel development, digital marketing, LEAN certified, process improvement and people development.
