Gerry Watkins started doing hair at age 13 as a bootleg barber in Dayton Ohio. His sons have followed and as a right of passage, they all began cutting hair in their teens. Now in their 20’s, the Watkins brothers are known throughout the metro Phoenix area as styling pros. With incredible wisdom and a laid back vibe, these men are a true joy to be around. Meet Caleb (28), Adam (27) and Dominque (23) an impressive and inspiring group of professionals who clearly love their clients and the industry they serve. The Watkins family owns and operates two TONI&GUY Salons, one in Old Town Scottsdale and the other at Arrowhead Towne Center.
TONI&GUY originated in London and has been in business over 50 years. TONI&GUY were the creators of Bedhead products. They are known for two things (1) world class educated hairdressers (2) spotlight customer service. The Watkins family still travels to London, California and New York for training. Many of their cuts & color are classic in style; but, they are also known for giving clients the most fashion forward looks from London to New York. Customer Service is all about a great consultation – creating personalized hairstyles that fit client’s lifestyle and facial features. The team at Toni&Guy has perfected these consultations, making sure that no matter how many times you’ve been with your stylist, each time you are back to the salon, the conversation is fresh and new resulting in the look you desire. They book cuts for one hour and detail our cuts after they are dry. Their colorists offer a wide range of services. Anything from covering gray to creating gray hair. From a tint retouch to a beautiful balayage. From natural color to pinks, purple, green to many shades of blues.
