“Love Humanity, Love the Earth.” In pursuing this mission, Tao Fellowship and the Tao Healing Center provide guidance and education to people who seek practical tools to help themselves live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life. The word “Tao” simply translates as “a way”, specifically a way to live in harmony with one’s self, others and the world. Tao provides the guiding principles for creating a more balanced, sustainable, and peaceful culture on Earth.
The Tao practice is based on principles which work in harmony with people from all religions, backgrounds and walks of life. It promotes a healthy lifestyle through movement, diet and heart-based mindfulness. Their unique yoga classes help you to improve your physical health and spiritual clarity. Examples include Tao Healing Yoga, Mindful Yoga, Chakra Vibration, Detox Yoga, Tao Tai Chi and Tao Kwon do.
One of the core values of the Tao Fellowship and Tao Healing Center is called “Hong Ik”, which translates to “widely benefit all.” Along with self happiness comes the desire to help others. Helping ourselves, and helping others… this is the key to a healed world.
Our guests are Tao Instructors at the Chandler Tao Healing Center. They have been trained in Tao principles and practices. The Tao instructors are skilled at helping members to integrate Tao living into their lives so they can be healthier physically, mentally and emotionally and connect with the wisdom within themselves.
