Maxwell Medical Group is a primary care medical care practice that also offers aesthetic services.
Dr. Hal Wilson is a board certified family practice physician. He graduated from the University of Missouri in 1985 with a biology degree and in 1989 with a medical degree.
Dr. Wilson completed residency training in Kansas City, Missouri in 1993 and located to Arizona in 1994. Dr. Wilson has extensive experience practicing in the primary care, urgent care, and emergency room settings.

Scott Marsh is the Founder and Owner of Mind and Body Strengthening which is the culmination of working in the Physical Therapy and Fitness
Industry for 26 years.
Scott is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and a Professional Member of the Medical Fitness Network.
Scott also donates his time to the New Warrior Program, which he started to help recruits with their nutrition and physical training before they leave for Boot-camp.
Two of Scott’s favorite sayings are “Change doesn’t come from just knowing what to do, it comes from consistent daily practice” and “You need to align the way you think with the results you want”.
These sayings are the basis for Scott’s THINK FIT-GET FIT-STAY FIT radio show; and, the solid foundation and wisdom that Scott uses to help people achieve their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle over the course of their life.

Following an early career focused on underground mining engineering, operations and construction, Scott McIntosh grew McIntosh Engineering to become a preeminent worldwide engineering, design and project management firm focused on providing deep underground mining services to large international mining companies. After growing to $50+ million in annual revenue and 280 worldwide employees, McIntosh Engineering was acquired in 2008 and Scott began his exploration for what’s next.
Jon Deiter has worked for over 30 years in leadership positions in privately held and family owned entrepreneurial businesses as well as smaller divisions of public companies. He earned an MBA in Finance from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois and he is a CPA with Accreditation in Business Valuation and Certified Global Management Accountant. He has held positions 


Luke Sullivan moved to Arizona in 2006 to pursue his dream of making the 2008 Olympic team as a discus thrower. Injuries ultimately hampered his training so, despite qualifying to compete at the 2008 Olympic Trials, Luke chose to listen to his body and prevent further damage. After dedicating 20 years to training and competing, Luke officially retired from competitive discus throwing in June, 2008.
