Adapting to Change E44

Join Landon and guest co-host, Ryan Weissmueller, as they welcome Matt Altman of Sportiqe to the show. This episode is full of knowledge on personal and professional growth and how in order to do either, you have to stay grounded in your values and be flexible to the possibility of adapting to change.

Matt gave great advice to business owners on how he navigated challenges, especially in the midst of the pandemic. He stresses that he always relies on his values. One such value he practices is having a “can-do attitude,” which embodies being mindful, staying connected, and giving back where possible. Another value is the importance of sticking with good business practices; always know where your business stands by forecasting, budgeting, and planning.

Matt shared his interesting experience overcoming adversity and how he stayed true to himself and the brand to move forward. In the end, we are people that need to stay connected however we might do that, and we should remember to be relational and not transactional.

Headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, Sportiqe is a global, lifestyle apparel brand that is committed to delivering elevated basics using premium fabrics, innovative designs and an on-trend fit that not only look and feel good, but provide superior comfort no matter the occasion.
