Paul Hershenberg is the Managing Member and founder of Hershenberg & Stone-Walsh Insurance Services and has been helping business owners design and implement employee and executive benefit programs for over 20 years.
Paul’s goal was to create an employee benefits agency that would have the knowledge, ability, and resources to positively impact his clients. He built this agency with the belief that finding and keeping the right people and creating processes is critical to the overall success of a business.

Patrick Lewis, with Realty Executives, has been a Managing Broker and Realtor® since 2002. Born and raised in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area he has a deep knowledge of the communities that gives his buyers and sellers a tangible advantage. He is an expert negotiator and has successfully helped hundreds of clients transition from home to home. A multi million dollar producer, Patrick’s guiding value is that his job is to build bridges and steward his clients through those transitions.
He also serves at many levels of local and national leadership in a variety of roles from Chairman of state and local committees to participating in strategic planning of the local MLS and associations. Graduated from the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors Leadership Class 11, AAR Leadership Training Academy and was one of the inaugural graduates from the City of Scottsdale Fire Departments Citizen’s Fire Academy.
Most notably Patrick has served as the 2014 President of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and will serve as the 2019 President of the Arizona Realtors®. He is the recipient of the 2019 Arizona Realtor of the Year and the 2019 Scottsdale Area Realtor of the Year awards. While he is also an instructor, trainer and mentor for agents and leaders his most important job is that of husband and father.

Mike Poulton, with Poulton & Noroian, draws on his knowledge and experience in other fields to serve his clients. As an experienced science researcher, Mike understands technical issues that many other attorneys cannot, and applies that knowledge for his clients’ benefit. His construction management experience also provides him with a broad knowledge base not only in construction law, but also in regulatory compliance, worker safety, and negotiation.
Michael is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal District Courts in Arizona.
