Dan Jones has been coaching in some form for the past 8 years. At 20 years old he was hired as the Head Strength and Speed Coach for Efficient Movement. He has also worked as a Physical Therapy Technician, learning how to work with people post injury and has been trained to do Advanced Physiological Testing at one of the most advanced recovery facility’s in Scottsdale. He has worked with everyone from professional athletes, highly successful entrepreneurs, to grandmothers who want to keep up with their grandkids. Coach Jones believes that fitness is only one part of your life and should enhance everything else in your life. He also understands that everyone has different goals, which means their training needs to be as unique as their goals.
When not coaching you can find Dan diving deeper down the rabbit hole that is coaching, adventuring with his dog, or enjoying a juicy burger.
