Jen Woodward has spent the last 13 years learning personal mind mastery tools and how to apply them to her life as a person and then as a mother.

As a lifetime learner, she’s taken course after course to explore relationships, personal development, mind-body connection, parenting, and intuition development. She’s a mom to four kiddos and is passionate about helping create a world where children grow up knowing how powerful they really are.

Her undergrad was in architecture and marketing, but she’s more proud of the work she’s done learning about people and helping them claim their power through various healing modalities. She received a 650-hour yoga therapy teacher certificate, as well as a 200-hour holistic nutrition certification and yoga teacher training.

She loves helping people with their mind-body connection and creating self-care routines that are sustainable. She often hears she’s “the most efficient person” people know and is a master at integrating all the parts of life.

She loves being right in the messy middle of growing business(es), mothering 3 young kiddos (2 on the Autism Spectrum) and navigating a healthy and happy marriage amid it all.

In her spare time, she enjoys morning solo runs accompanied by her AirPods and her latest Audible book. Her other joys include spa days, being near the ocean, travel and learning something new.
