Starting when he was a teenager, David has been a visionary, creating customized solutions for businesses to improve efficiencies and increase revenue opportunities. Across his career, he has spearheaded three business ventures covering a range of expertise areas including manufacturing, project management, product development, e-commerce, and staffing and recruiting. His longest-running success story is Continuum Consulting, whose staffing specialists adeptly match IT and finance professionals with leading companies to build win-win relationships.
A true leader, David is not one to be tied down by conventions – or even a desk. He is often spotted across the Valley at networking events, constantly creating new partnerships and alliances to advance his business development efforts. When he assumed presidency of Continuum Consulting in 2005, moving from his position as board member and owner, he began to inject his energy and management style into the company. By forecasting the upcoming shift in economic conditions, David was able to craft a strategic plan to weather the storm and emerge even more successful on the other side. Keenly aware of his strengths and limitations, David surrounds himself with a talented team that is able to interpret, support, and execute his initiatives. If there isn’t a picture in the dictionary next to the definition of entrepreneur, there should be – of David Hash.
