Kathleen Gramzay, BCTMB, is a 17-year Board Certified Massage Therapist, Author, Speaker, Wellness Educator, Developer and Continuing Education Provider of Kinessage® Self-Care. Her life-long passion for movement, understanding the human body, and personal challenges created the conditions that brought Kinessage® into being.
Kathleen has an engaging knack for simplifying and sharing how the body/mind works and how you can partner with it, not just for greater physical health but to a live a more joyful life. Her interactive “Lessons from the Body/Mind” speaking presentations serve as a unique platform for stress relief and experiential team building across the spectrum of industries from architectural and financial services to healthcare, sales, and manufacturing.
Not surprisingly, for fun, she loves to move whether that is dancing or out in nature hiking, biking, or rollerblading. She also enjoys travel, nature photography, and meditation.
