Integrated Management Resources has been in business for 33 years providing professional services executive recruiting. IMR was founded in 1990 by Barry Franklin, a New York City native. Barry found a niche with Wall Street Clients by specializing in financial risk management and PhD quantitative analytics. Chad Dean joined IMR in 2002, and he quickly became one of the top recruiters in the firm. Chad purchased IMR in 2009, and he has since expanded the recruiting capabilities of the firm.

Today, Chad manages the day to day operations while being a player coach to a team of 11 recruiters. IMR’s success and track record, through up and down market cycles, has made the firm a key partner to the industry for talent acquisition.

In 2018 IMR replicated the success it developed recruiting top talent for highly scrutinizing banks and hedge funds into two additional verticals: Private Equity Portfolio Companies and a local Phoenix, AZ executive search practice.

Chad-Dean-Phoenix-Business-Radio1Chad Dean has been in the recruiting industry for over 25 years. Chad Dean is the owner, operator, and lead recruiter at Integrated Management Resources. Chad was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ.

During his collegiate undergrad program, Chad played Varsity Golf while managing his schooling and work. College golf brought Chad to many places including Spain, Texas, and Kansas.

His recruiting career began in 1996 with Aerotek in Austin, Texas, recruiting tech engineers. Chad returned to his native Arizona in 1998, while continuing to recruit engineers for the technology and aerospace industries.

In 2002, while working full time and going to school in the evenings for his MBA, Chad met Barry Franklin, the founder of Integrated Management Resources. Chad quickly joined Barry, and learned the financial industry, which coincided nicely with his MBA finance classes. In 2009, Chad took over ownership of Integrated Management to continue the legacy that Barry Franklin had built.

Chad is passionate about his family, fly fishing, and enjoys the great outdoors. He has a Bachelors in Biology from Fort Hays State University, and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Conscious Capitalism Chapter at Arizona State University W P Carey School of Business and the 2019 Business Case Competition Winner

Conscious Capitalism Credo

We believe that business is good because it creates value, it is ethical because it is based on voluntary exchange, it is noble because it can elevate our existence, and it is heroic because it lifts people out of poverty and creates prosperity. Free enterprise capitalism is the most powerful system for social cooperation and human progress ConsciousCapitalsimW.P.CareyChapterever conceived. It is one of the most compelling ideas we humans have ever had. But we can aspire to even more.

Conscious Capitalism is a way of thinking about capitalism and business that better reflects where we are in the human journey, the state of our world today, and the innate potential of business to make a positive impact on the world.

Conscious businesses are galvanized by higher purposes that serve, align, and integrate the interests of all their major stakeholders. Their higher state of consciousness makes visible to them the interdependencies that exist across all stakeholders, allowing them to discover and harvest synergies from situations that otherwise seem replete with trade-offs. They have conscious leaders who are driven by service to the company’s purpose, all the people the business touches, and the planet we all share together.

W.P. Carey School of BusinessConscious businesses have trusting, authentic, innovative and caring cultures that make working there a source of both personal growth and professional fulfillment. They endeavor to create financial, intellectual, social, cultural, emotional, spiritual, physical and ecological wealth for all their stakeholders.

Conscious businesses will help evolve our world so that billions of people can flourish, leading lives infused with passion, purpose, love and creativity; a world of freedom, harmony, prosperity, and compassion.”
