In this time of uncertainty, we are trying to navigate our way through new territory at home, in relationships, and at work. It is important for all of us to remember that we are weathering the same storm, but all in different boats, and that we need to lead with empathy and grace through it all. There will be many emotions that we all experience through this trauma and there are people who can help.

Julie Gustafson is a trauma mentor with JMG Consulting who guides people through regressive therapy. She had the fortunate opportunity to train with one of the best trauma professionals in Arizona, Wayne Johnson.
Knowing firsthand the staggering toll that anxiety and depression can have in our lives, Julie is passionate about helping others find peace in their lives.
