A Nashville resident of over 25 years, Donna has served as business leader in the community and an active volunteer and Board member for many organizations. Donna is a seasoned customer experience leader, who has spent 20+ years building & leading teams at several key Nashville companies like Asurion, Change Healthcare, Postmates and is currently Director of Customer Experience at Eargo.
Her Board service includes Board President of Belcourt Theatre, Board Vice President of Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce and Executive Committee positions on the boards of CABLE, National Association of Sales Professionals, and Nashville Chapter of the American Marketing Association. She currently serves on the Marketing Committee of Nashville CARES. She has been recognized for her efforts with the 2021 Ally Award by the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and in 2019 as a Nashville Business Journal Woman of Influence for her community service.
Donna is a proud mom of two grown sons. She is a season ticket holder for Nashville Predators and the Nash SC inaugural season at Geodis Park. She also enjoys being a member of The Belcourt Theatre and Frist Art Museum.
She self-published two children’s books, called Things Lady Likes, featuring the family dog Lady. The intention of this series is to inspire conversation about a variety of topics, while seeing the things Lady likes. Next up, is an Activity Book featuring Lady.
