Tune in for another great show on how Leadlife’s Richard Brock and Lisa Cramer are changing how we look at Marketing Automation.  In this show you will hear, first hand, how organizations are using the power of Marketing Automation technology much more effectively than in the past.  You will hear how Richard & Lisa are helping companies capitalize on the the “Brawn” of Marketing Technologies through LeadLife’s unique “Brains” approach to lead and marketing automation.

Beyond marketing automation technology

At LeadLife, we power our marketing automation technology (a.k.a. the brawn) with lead management experts (a.k.a. the brains) to maximize sales opportunities for our clients. This unique blend of lead management technology and services has helped our clients achieve some impressive results:

  • Increase online and offline business by 150%
  • Increase in qualified leads by over 75%
  • Decrease in sales cycle from months to weeks
  • Increase in first call contact success rate by 85%
  • Decrease in cost of sales by 10% or more
  • Improve conversion rate of up to 3x

Results like that don’t come from just ready-to-use marketing software – nor do they come from isolated consulting engagements. These are results you can achieve with LeadLife’s full lead management solution.

We understand the pressures that marketing has, to produce ‘sales ready’ leads, get a significant ROI on lead generation campaigns, and to do all this with limited resources.

Our mission is to work with each client on a personal level to ensure each customer’s specific business objectives are met and/or exceeded. Our team strives to build lasting customer relationships with every client we bring on board, while providing immediate ROI and pipeline visibility.

Benefits of The Brawn

LeadLife’s Marketing Automation Technology

Based on our experience working with our clients, we designed our marketing automation technology to be powerful and flexible, yet practical for what you really need. Unlike lead management consulting agencies, who are at the mercy of their software vendors, we have the ability to design features based on our clients’ needs – giving you the optimum solution for your sales and marketing goals.

Benefits of The Brains

LeadLife’s Lead Management Specialists

Technology alone will not lead to more revenue, shorter sales cycles or decreased sales costs. It’s how you apply the technology to your business that allows you to truly benefit from what the solution can do for you. That’s why we bundle our technology with experienced Lead Management Specialists who help you develop and execute effective lead management strategies.

Change happens . . . or not.  How a company and its management choose to deal with change impacts the company’s overall strength and profitability. CEDA, Inc. provides  seasoned experts to consult with businesses and enterprises that  face or are undergoing change. CEDA experts effectively manage complex, technical processes while at the same time motivating people to perform at maximum potential. CEDA experts help their clients set direction, align people and inspire innovation in order to navigate the potential and real turbulence encountered in change and  to move successfully through the challenges with greater strength and a solid foundation combined with a clear focus for the future.

PeggySue Marquez-Kelly, managing partner of CEDA, and Deborah Tyler, president of CEDA, join host Dr. Tim Morrison in the studio for a conversation on change management.  Can businesses anticipate change?  Are there “tell-tale” signs?  What triggers change? Is change good or bad or does it “depend?” What makes CEDA unique?  And, of course, there is always the question: what role does writing have in the work CEDA does?

George Ishee
I believe results matter and I also believe the statement “If it’s not your genius, it’s not your job”.

My genius is my ability to help others grow their business by creating systems that use automation to make life easier.

To demonstrate this value, I have created an online system that anyone can use to change how they market and sell their products. Automate your sales, pitch, lower your marketing costs and spend less time on marketing and selling and more time on closing deals and doing what you love which is implementing your product or service.

If you are frustrated with your growth, investigate this free online system and study the process. Build it once and then let people pre-qualify themselves. Automate your business training including HR, product and end user training.

Stop Doing That! — Activities Critical to Small Business Success that YOU Shouldn’t Do

When we start a small business, we have to do everything. But there comes a time when the cost of continuing to do everything ourselves exceed the cost of hiring a professional take on some of them. In letting to of our “hats” we actually increase the likelihood of our business growing and flourishing.

For Essie Escobedo, it all started with a physics degree which led to becoming a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate which led to being a business owner. Scratch your head if you must but it all makes perfect sense to Essie.

Her own never-ending passion for all things practical and intellectual prompted Entrepreneur Essie to see a void in the market and fill it. Instead of approaching the target market first, Essie flipped this business approach on its head and went after an often overlooked population – the at home workforce.

What is the at home workforce? A large and growing group of degreed and credentialed individuals who have left Corporate America with impeccable skills, proven track records and a passion for staying employed less than full time. These professionals bring expertise and a level of professionalism to the job that most small businesses can’t afford. However, these are the same small businesses that desperately need what all these non-employees have to offer – business acumen, flexibility and a “can do” attitude.

Don’t call them “employees.” In reality, the business owners they don’t call them employees. They aren’t employees at all – they are Essie’s angels.

A veteran small business owner with more than 20 years’ experience starting and running two success businesses, Essie knew what she needed when she was in the corner office – stellar accountants, administrators and project managers who were flexible enough to fit in where they were needed and move on to the next challenge. She also realizes that the employee-like performance she wanted had to come at a nonemployee-like price.

So, once again, Essie took a different path. She launched Office Angels to bring the skills and talents of a world class support staff to even the smallest business owner. Quickly navigating the delicate balance that comes with simultaneously acquiring clients and Angels, Essie harnessed the power and efficiency that only an at home workforce could deliver.

Most importantly, she brought the brilliant but forgotten population back into the fray. As a result of the Office Angel dream becoming a reality, Essie once again changed the way business was done. Outstanding assistance from proven professionals leveled the playing field as small business owners could access the same caliber of support once reserved for only the largest of industry leaders.

The physics major with the karate kick now functions as a matchmaker, putting Angels with owners. The at home workforce has a found a home with Essie.
