Liz says that most families think preparing healthy meals takes a lot of time; is too expensive and the kids complain anyway – so why bother. So she decided to create kid friendly nutritious meals that can be prepared quickly. Liz came on to share some of her best tips to get your kids to eat healthier. A great tip that she shared was to get your kids involved – let them pick a recipe out of the book and make it for the family – when kids have ownership they complain less and are excited and proud of their accomplishment.
