Laura Waage, Founder and CEO of morphos business solutions, shares the formula for success that she used to effectively make the metamorphosis from Employee to Entrepreneur. This is the same methodology that she leverages both for clients who are looking to transition into entrepreneurship, as well as for existing businesses seeking to increase their revenues. With her “Structured Entrepreneur” approach, she works side by side with budding and established business owners to create systemized processes that propel their organizations from Functional to Exceptional.

For more than a decade, Laura Waage served as a Sales Director, Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Presenter. She has worked with thousands of businesses of varying sizes, helping them to design better business practices, increase their revenues and create heightened customer experiences.

To compliment her extensive business background, Laura is also a Certified Coach who received her formal training from the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention and the University of San Francisco Center for Child and Family Development.

Laura combined her professional experience with her coaching certification to create a dynamic organization: morphos, LLC. On today’s show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy had on Dr Keith Scott, ER doctor and author of the book Medicinal Seasonings. The Healing Power of Spices. His research has shown that spices are important for human health. Following a spice regimen he noticed improvements in his health, his athletic performance and so did others who did what he was doing. The top spices to curb inflammation are turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger and licorice. Chili, garlic and turmeric are also good appetite suppressants and help you lose weight. There is a difference between culinary herbs and medicinal herbs – so get an experts advice before trying this on your own. Kids develop taste preferences before age 5 so make sure you get your kid to try a variety of ethnic and spice filled foods at an early age.  If you want to learn about the importance of spices in your own health please go to his website www.spicemd.com
