And be careful with your olive oil. Most olive oils are devoid of health benefits, especially when heated. When asked if he could only eat one food he said it would be avocado. Regarding fish he said that the pro’s of eating fish are that they eat algae which is good for you but the cons are that they also live in water that has toxins. So choose your fish wisely. On his website he has lots of information about healthy eating and healthy foods. He produces his own line of extra virgin olive oil which he makes in very small quantities to ensure quality. Lauren Miller. Lauren was diagnosed with Stage three breast cancer at age 38. A diagnosis that came just five days after her divorce became final. She was given a 50-50 chance of survival.
