TLC is a 24-hour a day, 365 days a year PRN agency, which does require employees to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis. However, employees are also given the flexibility to set their own schedules and work as often as they choose.
The application process for TLC Caregivers is a four-step process, as outlined below:

Step 2: Affidavit Completion
Step 3: Interview
Step 4: Extensive Background Check and Drug Testing

The Caregiver role exists to provide direct care to the clients of TLC Caregivers, including private clients, clients through contracts with home and community-based programs, and developmental services. They encourage independence and community involvement and promote the well-being of the clients in a safe environment.

Beth Follmar is the Director of HR at TLC Caregivers. She handles all hiring of employees and Workers Compensation, Insurance and Unemployment Compensation claims, training and all employee related issues for the company. She grew up in Pennsylvania and spent 17 years working for the PA Unemployment Compensation Bureau in the Department of Labor and Industry. She worked her way up from Claims Interviewer, to Claims Examiner and finally Supervisor before deciding to make a change and move south for better weather. She moved to Pensacola in January of 2016 to start a new adventure in the caregiving industry and came on board with TLC Caregivers at that time.
