The Gwinnett Young Professionals is a personal and professional development program led by the Gwinnett Chamber in partnership with Georgia Gwinnett College. The program encourages young business people to develop and enhance leadership skills, exchange ideas, share common interests, learn more about the area’s business community and engage in the community’s future. The group targets individuals from ages 21 to 35.

Since January 2016, more than 550 young professionals have attended the 32 events hosted by YP designed specifically for the young professional community in metro Atlanta. In addition, YP launched its Leadership Institute and has since graduated 55 young professionals with a greater understanding of leadership and skills necessary for career growth.
