Founder and President Gregg Mooney is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. He is also trained in Positive Psychology, certified in DISC Behavioral Style, and certified in Hypnosis. Gregg has been a passionate student of Personal Growth and Leadership Development for 50 years. He has served as Vice President of two national engineering firms over a 20-year period, and has led organizations of up to 250 professional, technical, and support personnel. Gregg has coached and trained individuals and groups throughout the US, focusing on adding value to people and helping them overcome barriers and limitations to reach the next level in their personal and professional lives.

As Executive Vice President/Wealth Management, Financial Advisor, his focus is helping build wealth for high net worth individuals and corporate clients. His core competencies include estate, retirement, insurance and income tax planning strategies. Scott has a long and distinguished career in the financial services industry having held leadership positions at Edward Jones, The Hartford, and New England Financial. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President, Wealth Management, Financial Advisor/Senior Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley. Scott began his career at the New England Financial Group where he developed and implemented employee 401(k) programs.
