Tiffany Fletcher is the second oldest of six children born to a mother diagnosed with Multiple Personalities. Fourteen unique alters were identified in her mother’s mind, some mere children, one extremely violent.
It was Tiffany’s love of music, resiliency skills, and extraordinary faith that allowed her to find hope in her darkest hours.
Through sharing her story, Tiffany teaches that same hope to others who are seeking to find light in their own trying storms.

Mike Spangenberg was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona. As a child, his favorite thing to do in the summer was go back to school shopping. He loves everything about Arizona and it’s a dream come true to follow his passion in life and be involved in the community he grew up in.

Curt McCormick has been a Real Estate Broker for 45+ years here in Arizona and previously in Illinois. Curt was a partner in a Real Estate & Insurance Brokerage in Taylorville, Illinois prior to moving to Scottsdale, AZ in 1978. Curt was born and raised in Southern Illinois and then moved his family to Scottsdale, Arizona in July of 1978. He started his Arizona Real Estate career with Ben Brooks & Associates and then less than 2 years later opened his own Real Estate office,
Melissa McCormick Wise grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona surrounded by the real estate industry. Her father, Curt McCormick, a real estate broker for 45+ years, has had his own company in Scottsdale for almost 40 years, plus her mother & aunt both worked as REALTORS® for more than 15 years with the company.

Rosa Ibarra, Thought & Service Leader & Mentor. Her Scott Foundation journey began at 14 and her passion as makeup and music. Being with her siblings makes her the happiest. She describes herself as pretty, confident, strong, caring and stubborn. Her challenge is learning to get along with new people, and her biggest fear is being alone and the dark.
SarahAnn Goree, Thought & Service Leader & Mentor. Her Scott-Foundation journey began at 14 and her passion is helping others in need, drama club and writing. She is happiest when she is helping her siblings and others; and loves being together with them.
Andrew Hayes, known to most in the community as “Andy” has lived in Ahwatukee for (28) years where he has raised (4) children, all graduates of Desert Vista High School. Many of the community know Andy through his development of the Annual 4th of July Ahwatukee Children’s Parade.
Rochelle Poulton is an attorney, and owner of AZCLG. She has been practicing in consumer rights since 2012. Rochelle has nearly 20 years of real estate experience and has used this background to help clients navigate complex legal issues like dealing with HOAs, Timeshares, and distressed real estate situations. 


Jackie Wheeler, Owner of JackieStyle – Image and Branding Agency, LLC has been in business for over 25 years. Specializing in personal image (wardrobing, color analysis, body type and personality, skin care and make up artistry) and online image (social media content and management). When coaching a client on wardrobing she assists through personal shopping/wardrobing and closet curation.
Dr. Nadia Brown is an authentic, bold champion for women business owners. She is the founder and CEO of The Doyenne Agency, Inc., a global sales and sales training company. Jeanette Knudsen is an award winning interior designer located in Mesa, AZ. Her company, Design For A Life Span, specializes in Toe Tag Homes®, Design for Aging (better known as Aging in Place) and Universal Design, something that fits families as they grow and change.
leaving her beloved home for a senior rehabilitation facility, (a move that made her very unhappy), Jeanette decided to specialize in Design for Aging & Universal Design.
