Bob Wiesler joined Dunkin Brands in March of 2014. As a Regional OM assigned to the Plains area for the past 4 years (Western Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska) the achievements have been: Market Network Growth: 48 stores have now increased to 90 total units that include 18 APOD, 5 Dunkin/Baskin combo units and 67 traditional sites. Comp sales and transaction growth for the last 5 years. 9 of 14 networks with New Store Openings.
All 18 networks achieving positive EBITDA growth. Key disciplines that have led to the accomplishments are identifying who the end users and consumers are, building prosperity and developing definable behaviors and systems that displays culture and delivers Return on Investments and Cash on Cash return of Investments. Was the Chief Operations Officer for Romeo’s Franchise Corporation (RFC) before joining Dunkin Brands and has over 15 years’ experience at the Director and Executive level of organizations.
Prior to joining RFC, Bob spent 3 years as Chief Operating Office/Chief Development Officer at NAWI Hospitality. As a Senior General Manager of Special Projects with Aramark, Bob led transition teams on acquisitions and exiting account along with Distribution and Production projects.
Bob was the Senior Franchise Business Coach and Director of Operations for the Cincinnati Co-op of Donatos Pizza. Bob is certified in Covey Seven and Eighth’s Habits, Goldratt Institutes Theories of Bottlenecks and Constraint Process Flow and Hills Leadership along with McDonald’s University Franchisee Relationship Curriculum.
Resides in Kansas City Mo. and moved from Pittsburgh Pa. in September of 2016. Bob has a son and granddaughter in St. Louis and his immediate family resides in St. Louis, Missouri. A St. Louis Cardinals, KC Chiefs and Blues fan thru and thru.
