José Manuel Jiménez is a business leader and diversity and inclusion champion. He advocates for equality and equity for all people and the cultivation of an inclusive culture within organizations because doing so drives direct benefit to his bottom line through innovation, employee engagement, and retention. Jiménez currently owns two AlphaGraphics Centers, Dunwoody – Sandy Springs and Tri-Cities – Atlanta Airport, that provide marketing and visual communications solutions to for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations in Greater Atlanta and beyond. He opened both locations in August 2019.
He is also the owner of Long View Strategies, a commercial real estate company. Previously, Jiménez worked for 19 years at Cox Enterprises leading diversity and inclusion, and at Cox Communications overseeing external regulatory affairs. 
He is actively involved in the Atlanta community. He is a member of Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2018 and now volunteers for various initiatives for the organization.
Jiménez also strives to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic by serving on the Board of Directors of Jerusalem House, the region’s largest provider of housing services, and, before that, being the Board Chair of Positive Impact Health Centers, a provider of medical, mental health, and substance-abuse services.
Jiménez is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
