He has a demonstrated history of performing extensive due diligence ranging from venture capital investments and M&A to compliance with securities laws.
Brad also has experience practicing law with a focus on venture capital, private equity, M&A, and general corporate governance matters. Brad has direct experience leading the development of a go-to-market, commercialization and financial strategy for an innovative spinal implant used in spinal fusion surgeries.
With the help of some exceptional colleagues, Brad’s work on this spinal implant helped him and his team win several awards at national business plan competitions across the country. With a strong grasp of both business and the law, Brad has developed the ability to navigate the ever-changing healthcare industry, particularly when it comes to innovative medical devices and SaaS based information technology solutions.
