Norma F. Stanley is President/CEO of E.E.E. (Enlightened, Empowered and Enriched) Marketing Group, Inc., where she serves as a corporate diversity and inclusion/PR consultant specializing in the disability community.
The mother of an adult-dependent daughter born with cerebral palsy, Norma’s mission is to serve as an international change agent for people with disabilities, leveraging the multimedia platforms of informational and inspirational speaking, music, media and strategic marketing communications.
She has also either created or was an integral part of local or nationally renowned events and projects bringing visibility to the disability community. These include the Nella-Joi Nation Radio Show on BTalk100.com and the upcoming Disability World TV Show on PGN Network, powered by Xperienc on Demand TV; the annual Exceptional Parents Celebration, created seven years ago to celebrate parents of children with disabilities; An Evening of Fashion and Elegance Fashion Showcase and SHOW-Ability by Able2 non-profit.
She also served as Associate Producer on the Emmy-nominated 2018 CBS award-winning documentary about the disability community, “Circle of Boundaries,” by filmmaker/director Porifirio Fernandez Castillo.
In addition, Norma is a singer/songwriter and recently released her first CD Project, Nella-Joi Next Chapter. She is also the author of three books including, “An Elected Lady—Finding Victory in the Challenge (Words of Faith, Reflections and Inspiration for Mothers of Special Needs Children and Other Moms)”; “Just Do It! (Ten Tips for Avoiding the Dream Stealing Trap of Procrastination)” and is a co-author in a collaboration book, “Resistance: Fighting the Enemy Within”, both of which will be released in 2020.
An award-winning professional, Norma has been honored for both her professional and personal contributions from a number of organizations over the years, including President Barack Obama’s Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her work with the disability community and commitment to community service in 2017.
