Jim Adamczyk is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for FAIRWINDS Credit Union. Headquartered in Orlando, FL and serving members around the world, FAIRWINDS has more than $3 billion in assets and more than 500 employees. With a mission of helping members to achieve financial freedom, Jim is committed to providing solutions that help members to save more, eliminate debt, build wealth, and live generously.
Jim began his career with FAIRWINDS Credit Union in 2003 as an intern in the credit union’s lending department and quickly moved up within the organization. He was named SEVP/CLO in 2019.
Among the many boards and organizations Jim has served in his tenure, he is the current board chair for the Seminole County Chamber. He was named one of the Orlando Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40.”
Born and raised in Central Florida, Jim received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Central Florida. He resides in the Orlando area with his family.
