Born in Dayton, Ohio, Jalal Lewis was taught to be a leader at a young age. Jalal always considered himself to be an opportunist, and sold candy and mowed lawns in middle school to make money. In high school, he picked up painting and his ambition developed and transformed into an entrepreneurial venture that inspired him to start Rolling Shades Painting with his own capital.

Stephanie Carvajalino is a young Colombian entrepreneur, author, trainer, motivational speaker, practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, and investor. She started doing business with her sisters with $15 when she was 6 years old and founded Chococar, a home-based company that produced and sold chocolates.
When she was 9 years old, Stephanie gave her first lecture in a private university and started her career as a motivational speaker. She discovered a strong passion for fostering entrepreneurial spirit in young people and energizing individuals to achieve their best potential. Stephanie and her sisters also founded Quality Line, a groundbreaking speaking and training company that serves corporations, educators, students, parents and entrepreneurs. They have been able to reach and impact the lives of thousands of people with their message of success, leadership and entrepreneurship.
In 2009, at age 13, Stephanie, along with her sisters, published Parents and Coaches, a book that provides parents with very helpful and essential information on how to raise an entrepreneur. In 2012, they created a family investment group that operates in different industries. Today, Stephanie is 20 years old, and in addition to running her businesses, she is a crafting a revolutionary entrepreneurship education program for high school students that will be launched in the near future.
