Bob Sauro is a Partner at Pless and Sauro, PC in Atlanta. The scope of Bob’s law practice is a general corporate practice; everything from advising startups on corporate and LLC formations, drafting and negotiating employment and noncompete agreements, confidentiality agreements, distributor and importer agreements, and shareholders’ buy-sell and operating agreements, to mergers, acquisitions, and the purchase or sale of a company’s stock or assets in whatever form.
He also has expertise in intellectual property matters, such as technology licensing, web development and content license agreements, copyright matters, trademark licensing, book publishing, website terms and conditions, and other matters related to protecting intellectual property on the Internet.
He is a 1988 graduate of Emory University School of Law and a 1984 graduate of Boston College. He is admitted to practice law in the States of Georgia, New York, and New Jersey.

Brian Bullock joined Legacy Ventures in 2010 to form the company’s Restaurant Management division. Brian oversees the operations of Legacy Ventures’ portfolio of managed stand-alone and hotel-integrated restaurants, as well as its catering and banquet programs. With the support of his corporate team, Brian ensures that the company remains focused on site-specific programs that provide exceptional guest experiences and ensure profitability. Brian also leads the new concept development process and actively seeks new third-party management assignments.
Brian began his career with Houston’s in Atlanta. In 2000 he joined Border Café Restaurants as VP of Operations, overseeing locations in Boston, New Jersey and Delaware. Brian then returned to Atlanta with Bricktop’s Restaurant Company, started by Joe Ledbetter, one of the founders of Houston’s restaurants. Brian holds an AS in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Brian serves on the Giving Kitchen Restaurant Board and the Board of the Atlanta Sports Council, and is a Past Chairman of the Georgia Restaurant Association. Brian enjoys cooking and entertaining, hunting, and spending time with his family.
