Tara Ghei is the Founder of Romp + Tumble, an innovative clothing subscription service for children aged 0-36 months. Tara started Romp + Tumble to create more space for working parents to reach their professional and personal goals.
Prior to founding Romp + Tumble, Tara was a finance leader, focused on driving change and transformation across organizations. She enjoys bringing people together to successfully create new solutions and processes.
Her last role was as Sr. Director of Finance at WestRock Company. Tara has also spent time at Ford Motor Company and BlackRock.
Tara graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a B.A., in economics and mathematics and received her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She is passionate about women’s leadership and has led various organizations, programs and events to help women grow their careers.
In her free time, Tara enjoys reading the Harry Potter series with her two sons, hosting at home dance parties and writing her blog, Gilded Chao.
