Ryan McConnell works closely with Senior Leadership to aggressively grow the SelecSource Engineering and Technology Staffing Solutions division. Ryan has an extensive background in the recruitment industry, having helped companies like Coca-Cola, T-Mobile, WestRock and Deutsche Bank hire over 220 Engineering/IT professionals.
In addition, Ryan has sold Engineering and IT Staffing solutions, helped open multiple new staffing branches and lead a number of sales & recruitment teams.
Born in Scotland, Ryan moved to the United States in 2007 with an 18 month work visa, two backpacks and the goal of building a better life on this side of the pond. Fast forward over a decade and he’s made his mark in the IT industry, gotten married and had a beautiful baby girl, and visited 38 states and 12 countries.
Outside of work (& family) he loves to read, play guitar, coach youth soccer, play golf and binge true crime podcasts.
