Dewayne Herbert/Simon Property Group
Dewayne Herbert has worked with Simon Property Group for over 10 years, beginning as an intern at Tippecanoe Mall in Lafayette, Indiana, while a student at Purdue University. From there, he joined Eastland Mall in Evansville, Indiana, as the Assistant Manager of Mall Marketing. Dewayne also served as the Manager of Mall Marketing at DeSoto Square in Bradenton, Florida. His career with the company brought him to Atlanta, where he is the Mall Manager at Phipps Plaza and previously served as the Area Director of Marketing over Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square. He also serves as the co-chair of SYF Bowling for Education.
Dewayne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Purdue University. He resides in Atlanta with his wife, Brandi and two daughters.

Mary-Kay Boler is the owner of Catapult Strategic Consulting, an entrepreneurial advisory firm. She has over 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, consultant and senior level executive. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, new venture creation, finance, and marketing and communications. Clients include emerging businesses, economic development agencies and non-profit organizations.
Mary-Kay consults with, coaches and trains business owners to critically examine their business models, enhance profitability and seize growth opportunities. Her proven and objective approach to creating concrete business strategies and action plans has enabled hundreds of entrepreneurs maximize business success.
Mary-Kay is a frequent speaker on business development issues and is the author of numerous training programs including Growth Tactics: Strategic Business Planning for the Busy Executive, Homepreneurship: The Ultimate Juggling Act, and Conducting Market Feasibility Studies.
In her free time, Mary-Kay serves as the business mentor for the Walton High School Robotics team. Mary-Kay’s work with entrepreneurs has earned her several awards. Prior to moving to Georgia four years ago, Mary-Kay was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women and a Small Business Administration Home-Based Business Champion.
Mary-Kay earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Duke University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
