Cydnee Dubrof’s executive search career spans 20+ years and multiple countries. She has conducted senior leadership searches for clients in a diverse array of industries and led the international division of The Bridgespan Group’s executive search practice for five years before launching The Dubrof Group in 2011. She has led searches for positions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Jordan, Switzerland, Latin America, South Africa and Western Africa. Cydnee emphasizes service and builds relationships and trust with both her clients and candidates. She is known for providing unfiltered advice and leading her clients to spectacular solutions. Before finding her professional bliss as a recruiter Cydnee spent several years with Coopers & Lybrand where she earned her CPA as a Tax Accountant where she most enjoyed her role as Community Affairs Manager. Cydnee earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in International Relations and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University. She has been an active volunteer in her community and has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations including Hands on Atlanta, The American Jewish Committee, The Temple and The Anti-Defamation League. She previously served on the Advisory Board of the Tony Award-winning Alliance Theatre and the Dakota Condo Homeowner’s Association. She is a former member of the Speaker Series Committee of the Southeastern Regional Division of the US Fund for UNICEF. She is a 2013 graduate of Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta and volunteers with Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta.
Prior to joining National Benefit Programs as Vice President of Business Development in 2016, Sonny Wooten had retired from American Express after over 36 years in the credit card payments and merchant services divisions. He is a recognized and respected leader in the acquiring and payment processing industry for re-engineering American Express’s acquiring platforms twice for which he was recognized with two Chairman’s Awards, American Express’s highest honor for strategic innovation and execution. Sonny is also on the Advisory Board of the Southeast Acquirers’ Association.

Kwame Johnson serves as President & CEO of BBBSMA. Kwame brings 15 years of experience to the position, having worked for a number of national and local nonprofit organizations, beginning his career as the National Director of Programs with the Woodson Center and Director of Corporate Relations at Communities in Schools, both based in Washington D.C. Before joining BBBSMA in March 2018, he served as the Executive Director of the Greater Atlanta Region for PowerMyLearning, where he increased the organization’s revenue by 55% and program reach by 110%. He has been an active member of the nonprofit sector for many years, serving on numerous professional boards and committees. Kwame has received national recognition for his work including the Social Entrepreneur Program of the Year Award from the Manhattan Institute and the 40 Under 40 Most Influential People in Washington, DC Award. Kwame is from Syracuse, NY, and he holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
