Zach Thomas is an entrepreneur, published author, blogger, business/life coach, and public speaker. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served his country as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer. He has started multiple companies and been featured in Newsweek Magazine and on Good Morning America! Zach is currently the Owner/Operator of a Chick-fil-A franchise and serves as an Operator Coach for new franchisees for Chick-fil-A, Inc.

Jared Stump is a published author and communication expert who is highly versed in copy-writing, digital marketing and social media management. He specializes in helping churches and non-profits take their communication to the next level! He co-wrote ‘Leader Farming’, published through his very own publishing company- Battle Ground Creative!
