Dave Barnes given the 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Georgia CIO Leadership Association

Booth 61 with Ricky Steele had the honor of hosting Dave Barnes on November 15^th shortly after Dave was awarded the Life Time Achievement Award you see in the photo. Dave is the former CIO of UPS after starting his career as a loader/packer. Dave is not only a great business success but he is one of Atlanta’s most giving community servants by giving his time and resources to the United Way of Atlanta, TechBridge and the Georgia CIO Leadership Association.

Having hosted many episodes over the past 7 years, this interview with Dave is in the top 3 of all time. In just15 minutes, Dave Barnes teaches an MBA course on life. Dave is genuine, articulate, kind, loving, and transparent. I found myself laughing, nodding in agreement and even shedding a tear or two listening to Dave share from his heart.
