Jennifer DeLong-White – Services for the Blind, DHHS NC
The North Carolina Division of Services for the Blind (DSB) has a long and rich history of services to the blind and visually impaired citizens of the State.
They are able to offer these services through cooperative efforts from Federal, State and County resources. Blind and visually impaired people as well as people with vision and hearing loss have benefited from their long partnership with the Lions Clubs and other consumer and advocacy groups throughout the State. The Division provides services statewide through staff in seven DSB District Offices and Social Workers for the Blind located in all North Carolina counties. Jennifer DeLong-White is the social worker for New Hanover County.
