Harvey Hillyer started BenchMark Physical Therapy 20 years ago, a company with which he is still active involved. Since that time he has started and sold a homecare agency and a durable medical equipment company. About 2 years ago he helped his wife, Allison Hillyer, leverage her knowledge and skills as a Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Esthetician to start Dermani Medspa.
Brook Franklin, Licensed Esthetician, has been a key member of the Dermani Medspa team since the beginning. Brook started Lashout Cosmetics and Dermani Medspa now works with Brook and her product line.

Brook Franklin, a Licensed Esthetician and Makeup artist originally from Northridge, California has always had a passion for the “Glitz & Glam” Lifestyle. She attended The School of Performing Arts in Studio City, California at the age of 7 and began studying modern dance, song interpretation, modeling, and acting, where she grew to love all aspects of the entertainment industry. In 1994 her mother decided to move the family to Atlanta, GA where she has resided ever since, making it her second home. As a young teen, Brook was the go to girl for all the newest makeup trends among her peers. After high school she worked in a few corporate positions and finally found her way back to the beauty industry when she accepted the Retail Team Leader position at “The Aveda Institute” in Buckhead and gained over 8 years experience working there and at other Aveda concept Salons and Spas throughout the city of Atlanta. She developed a passion for makeup and skincare and saw a void in the beauty industry and at that time she enrolled and completed the skincare program at the International School of Skin and Nail care in January, 2007 and has been licensed by the state of Georgia since 2008.
Working at some of the top spas in Atlanta, Brook has also been certified in Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Cellulite Reduction, Micro-current (ultra tighten and tone), L.E.D. Treatments, Laser Hair Removal, IPL Treatments, as well as been trained by the top eyelash extension company, Extreme Lashes, and she is always seeking the newest and highest quality services to provide to her clients, which is one of the most important things to her. After learning about the importance of healthy skin, Brook sought out ways to incorporate a makeup line that embodies the same values and concepts.
