Chris Reinking is known for solving complex business problems using a creative and analytical approach for breaking down issues and developing innovative business solutions. Additionally, Chris is considered a market leader in driving operational excellence through process optimization, and defining and teaching organizations how to properly do business analysis. Prior to co-founding Jabian Consulting, Chris worked with Accenture in their Business Consulting practice within the Communications and High Tech industry group. He is also passionate about community involvement. In 2009 Chris was instrumental in the creation of Jabian Cares, which is Jabian’s charitable 501(c)3 organization whose ‘mission is to support innovative approaches to improve the quality of life in our local community’.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Economics from Davidson College. His liberal arts education provided Chris with the background needed to apply a holistic approach to solving the most difficult business problems. Chris has been published in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, presented to an international audience from Consulting Magazine regarding his thought leadership on demand management, published white papers on CRM, spoken on CRM industry trends to Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and has moderated speaking events on innovation.

Chad McCloud is an executive leader with extensive experience driving customer loyalty and profit growth through the definition and delivery of world-class growth strategies, product innovation, and customer experiences. He is a consumer-focused strategist skilled at rapidly identifying customer needs and aligning those capabilities with corporate strategy to derive a competitive advantage. Chad is adept at developing actionable road maps and business cases to execute upon the defined strategies and deliver ROI. He is known for rallying the diverse efforts of cross-functional teams behind a common goal to achieve results.
In addition to his client work, Chad is a published author and active leader in the Atlanta community. He has written articles on Customer Experience for publications such as MarketingProfs, the Jabian Journal, and TAGThink, reaching over 400,000 subscribers worldwide. He is also the former Chair of the Technology Association of Georgia’s (TAG) CRM society, and is a frequent moderator of panels ranging from using social media to mobile technology.
