James has provided strategic planning, master planning, complex transaction negotiations and transactional services for clients such as Coca Cola, Coca Cola Enterprises, EDS, GM, Wachovia, Wells Fargo, Mead Westvaco, Aon, MasterCard, Starwood Capital, Sun Microsystems, Willis, Mellon, The National Arthritis Foundation and Equifax. James has sold land and buildings (office, retail, and industrial) on behalf of companies, developers and banks. James is highly proficient with complex financial analysis and real estate strategy. Additionally, James has a deep understanding of business strategy, financing and process and is able to translate those factors into actionable deliverables and results.
James has an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management with specialties in Finance, Marketing, & Strategy, a BS Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia and Alabama.
James currently lives in East Cobb and is married with two sons.
