I have joined Levine Smith Snider & Wilson as an of counsel attorney. I have over 30 years of family law experience, having specialized in complex divorce litigation, paternity, prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, high asset property division, custody, alimony, visitation, and child support issues. I relocated to Atlanta after living in Jacksonville, Florida for 26 years.

Amy joined Ellis Funk, as a shareholder in 2005 when her former firm, Leitz, Fink & Kaye, LLC, combined with Ellis, Funk, Goldberg, Labovitz & Dokson, P.C. Amy has practiced law for 25 years. She began her law career in the area of Business and Corporate law, and has focused exclusively on Family Law matters for the last 18 years. Amy handles Family Law cases throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.
Amy’s practice covers all areas of Family Law including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, spousal support, equitable division of assets and liabilities, modification, marital agreements including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, paternity actions, separation agreements, mediation and arbitration. Amy also serves as a Court appointed Guardian Ad Litem in custody matters, and has been a frequent speaker at family seminars. Amy is a member of the Charles L. Dr. Allison Hill w/ Peachtree Psychological Associates
Dr. Hill obtained her law degree from Villanova University in 2010 and her doctoral degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Drexel University in 2012. Dr. Hill obtained her undergraduate degree from Duke University. Dr. Hill is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Georgia Psychological Association, and is a current board member to the American Psychological Association Society for Family Psychology. Dr. Hill works in private practice and continues to supervise psychiatry residents and psychology students at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Hill works with families in transition, couples in high conflict divorce, and conducts parental fitness and child custody evaluations.
