At the age of 31, Ted was selected to serve as deputy superintendent for the 45,000 student/6,000 employee School District of Escambia County. He served the district for 20 years, and then joined Landrum Human Resource Companies in 2003 where he currently serves as vice president/chief operating officer of Landrum Professional Employer Services and Landrum Consulting. Landrum provides outsourced human resources and employer services for over 11,000 employees in 38 states and the European Union.
