Jesse Potter currently owns the development rights for Marcos Pizza for ten counties in NW Georgia. There are nine stores open in the territory with one in under construction and one in development. Jesse joined the Marcos team in 2013 and has achieved a variety accomplishments including Impact Person of the year in 2014, the first and third highest individual unit opening volumes in 2015, AR highest market sales average in 2016 and fourth highest AR market sales in 2017. Mr. Potter founded RSI which is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and is currently registered to do business in 35 states. The principle business focus for RSI is outsourcing for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, RSI provides Executive Placement and Consulting Services. Prior to RSI, Jesse was a member of The Atlanta Consulting group, providing organizational change management, senior team alignment consulting and training. Jesse’s corporate experience includes; Regional Vice President for Norrell Corporation; Operations Leader at D’Lites of America (restaurant chain purchased by PepsiCo); and multi-unit Operating Partner at Wendy’s. Jesse was born in Honolulu, Hawaii as a military dependent. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, and currently resides in Atlanta Georgia with his wife Ece, son Kagan and daughter Lara.

Kimberly Franz serves as Marketing Director for the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Dunwoody in Dunwoody, Ga., where she has been responsible for leading a scaling marketing strategy for the CVB since 2012. In her role, Franz carries out an array of marketing tasks, including website marketing and management, advertising scheduling and placement, ad creative and design, media relations, promotions and campaign content. Through destination marketing within the bureau, Franz is able to positively influence economic impact within the city of Dunwoody. Franz currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Metro Travel Association and is a certified Travel Marketing Professional (TMP) through the Southeast Tourism Society. In 2017, she received the “Thirty Under Thirty” designation by Destinations International. Prior to joining the CVB of Dunwoody, Franz served at the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the Peachtree City Convention and Visitors Bureau in her hometown of Peachtree City, Ga. She attended Georgia Southern University where she received a degree in Tourism & Commercial Recreation.
