With over twenty years’ experience, Todd Brown has served in a number of corporate marketing leadership roles and is currently serving as VP, Global Marketing Initiatives where he and his team champion customer-centric and integrated marketing strategies across the Equifax enterprise. Todd has also served as Strategic Initiatives Leader for Equifax Solutions Marketing and was the company’s first VOC Leader providing customer insights leadership through Customer Experience Strategy & Measurement, Executive Listening Programs and all other primary VOC.
Previously, Todd has served as Director, Marketing Research with LexisNexis Risk Solutions and with the consumer insights team at InterContinental Hotels Group where he was responsible for the insights generated for the hotel company’s Holiday Inn brand family.
Outside of work, Todd is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Red Cross of Georgia and providing strategic marketing leadership for the Atlanta Corporate Volunteer Council.
Todd is a graduate of Bowling Green State University.
Ben Lawder currently serves as Vice President of Customer Experience & Insights at Equifax where he oversees market research, CX, and customer insights globally for the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, Ben and his team oversee ongoing CX strategy and measurement efforts, win/loss and top client programs, client advisory boards, customer segmentation, brand research, and ad-hoc insights across all four business units.
Ben has worked in a variety of corporate, academic, and consulting roles related to customer experience and market insights over the past 15+ years. Prior to joining Equifax in November 2016, Ben owned and managed Insights Advisory Group, a boutique consultancy in this space. He held a variety of market insights leadership roles at ADP and has has also consulted for more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies.
Ben has an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Business Management from Georgia Tech.
