Lee Kantor: [00:00:05] Welcome to Jill Heineck’s Tactical Tips for Selling Your House in Today’s Environment. I’m Lee Kantor. Jill, today’s question is, how do you maximize my listings online exposure?
Jill Heineck: [00:00:17] Well, Lee, what we do is we have access to two MLS’s in Atlanta, Georgia – MLS and First MLS. And not every company does. And so, we leverage those two memberships to get as much exposure as possible. Those MLS’s have partnerships with companies like Zillow, Trulia, realtor.com, etc. 40 plus syndicated websites. And that is one way we do get a lot of exposure for our listings. Number two is, Keller Williams has their own international KWLS or Keller Williams Listing Service. And then, thirdly, we leverage all of our social channels, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. And this is the way that we get the maximum online exposure for all of our listings.
