No one is too busy to workout. That is just a fact. I don’t care how many kids you have, how much extra curricular activities they each participate in or that you work three jobs. - Forget about all or nothing. A short workout or a bad workout is better than no workout
- Multi -task – when you are at one of those events for your kids – instead of sitting on the bleachers reading a book – go for a run
- Mix it up. Don’t have time for a long run then do sprints, or intervals or boot camp drills. Just because you don’t have time to do your favorite exercise doesn’t give you permission to do nothing.
- Wake up earlier. Sure you love to sleep – sure3 you need to sleep. but wake up 30 minutes earlier a few times a week to get in your workout. It won’t kill you in fact it will keep you alive longer.
