- Make peace with the craving – accept that you have cravings and give in to them (within reason)
- For salt cravings see if a pickle makes it go away
- For sweet cravings see if some fruit helps
- Have a healthy substitute around the house instead of a high calorie option
- Distract yourself – most craving pass in 15-20 minutes
- Brush your teeth – no one likes to eat anything after brushing your teeth
- Don’t keep the junk food in the house – make it hard to get to
