Hype About Your Health. Robert is an award winning health journalist who teaches at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. Some of the things he talked to us about were: the truth about how effective sun screen really is; which diet is the most effective over time; and how to tell if a health claim is true or hype. The tips he shared about understanding who to believe when it comes to health and science claims was very informative. It’s like they said in All The President’s Men – follow the money – who is paying for the study. Bottom line is that you can trust a study that followed thousands of humans more than a study that worked fro a handful of lab rats.
